Returns & Damages
Because all orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case of damage or defect, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. To qualify for a replacement or credit, you must provide photos of the item and original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect and determine the appropriate resolution.
At Bad Dog Editions, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged:

Note any exterior damage on your Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment.

Photograph the damaged packaging and items and send them to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.

Retain all packaging materials until advised otherwise.
Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will resolve the issue and ship a replacement within 72 hours.
Failure to follow these steps may result in a denied freight claim, and a replacement order and shipping fees may apply.
