How do I find a specific item from your catalog?

Simply use the search bar to enter the title, keyword, or item number—your piece will appear instantly.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I’ll receive?

Our imagery is pulled directly from our print files to ensure a faithful representation. Still, nothing compares to seeing the work in person. Because screens are backlit, slight shifts in brightness or tone may occur. Frame images are shown for color reference only—proportions may vary depending on the selected size.

How accurate are the dimensions listed on the website?

We pride ourselves on precision. All measurements reflect the full outside dimensions of each framed piece, with a tolerance of no more than 1/8" (0.125").

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping is 20% of the order total. We also offer complimentary local delivery within 25 miles of our Orlando HQ.

How long does production take?

Our standard production timeline is 21–28 days. Need it sooner? Rush production is available—orders ship within 10 days with a 25% up-charge.

Are your canvases suitable for humid environments?

Yes. All of our canvases are finished with a mildew- and weather-resistant coating and built using treated wood and stainless steel hardware. While not intended for direct sun exposure, they are designed to withstand covered outdoor conditions and high humidity.

Is my package insured?

Yes. Every shipment is insured. If your piece arrives damaged, simply send a photo to your representative or our customer service team. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and ship a replacement within 72 hours.

What is your order minimum?

Our opening order minimum is $500. For reorders, the minimum is $250. Orders below $250 are welcome but will include a $45 handling fee. Multiple POs can be submitted together to meet the minimum.
