Packaging
Each order is carefully wrapped in protective padding and bubble wrap before being packed into a designated box for shipping. Larger orders requiring multiple boxes will be securely packed and shipped accordingly.
- Oversized Pieces & Large Orders – Shipped via truckload on a pallet for added protection.
Processing & Delivery
Processing begins only after payment has been successfully applied. For orders on terms, processing starts once signed approval is received. Delays in credit card authorization or mailed payments may affect start times.

Delivery Times
Standard Delivery :2–6 business days
Local Delivery: Every Tuesday following completion date
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be emailed to the individual who placed the order as soon as they become available. For any inquiries, please contact our office.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Bad Dog Editions, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement.
If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged:
- Note any exterior damage on your Bill of Lading before signing for the shipment.
- Photograph the damaged packaging and items and send them to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
- Retain all packaging materials until advised otherwise.
Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will resolve the issue and ship a replacement within 72 hours.
Failure to follow these steps may result in a denied freight claim, and a replacement order and shipping fees may apply.
