• When shipping an order the artwork will be bubble wrapped and padded into the designated box size. If the order is large enough to need multiple boxes it will be shipped this way.

  • Over-sized pieces and extra-large orders will need to be shipped via truckload. These orders will arrive on a pallet.


Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. If you have terms, processing starts when signed approval is received. Denied credit card authorizations and mailed payments will delay processing start times.

Your tracking will be sent via email to the person that placed the order as soon as it is available. If you have any questions please contact our office.



Bad Dog Editions guarantees your satisfaction and will give you a replacement for any lost or damaged artwork.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please note any exterior damages on your Bill of Lading when signing for your shipment.  
  • Please send photos of the damaged package/items to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt
  • Keep all packaging until advised you may discard. 
  • We will then resolve the issue and send a replacement within 72 hours.
Ignoring any of the above could result in a denied freight claim, causing Bad Dog Editions to bill you for your replacement product and shipping.
