Processing begins once payment is received. Orders with approved terms start processing after signed approval is confirmed.

🛡️ Shipping Guarantee & Replacements
At Bad Dog Editions, we stand behind our quality and guarantee your satisfaction. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement within 72 hours.
📌 If your artwork arrives damaged:
✔ Note any damages on the Bill of Lading when signing for your shipment.
✔ Take photos of the damaged package and items and send them to our customer service team within 24 hours.
✔ Keep all packaging until advised otherwise.
⚠️ Failure to follow these steps may result in a denied freight claim, and the replacement cost will be billed.
