Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will receive?
Our website images are taken directly from our print files, ensuring a close match to the final artwork. However, physical pieces often look even better in person. Since screens are backlit, colors may appear slightly different in brightness and tone. Additionally, frame images shown online are for color reference only—actual proportions may vary depending on the selected artwork size.
How accurate are the dimensions listed on the website?
We maintain a high degree of accuracy—the listed sizes reflect the outside dimensions of each piece. Variations are minimal, with a possible difference of no more than 1/8” (0.125”).
Is my package insured?
Yes. Bad Dog Editions guarantees your satisfaction and will replace any lost or damaged artwork. If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the issue and send it to your representative or our customer service team immediately. We’ll resolve the issue and ship a replacement within 72 hours.
