How do I find a specific item from your catalog?
Simply enter the title, keyword, or item number in the search field.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
The images are taken directly from our print files for the website, however the physical pieces will look even better. Because the images on the screen are back lit they are not able to reflect light like the tangible piece will so colors may appear slightly off in brightness and tone. The size of the frames shown are for color swatching only, the frame may appear larger or smaller on the actual piece depending what size it is ordered.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
We strive for a high degree of accuracy. The sizes listed are the outside dimension. The outside dimension should vary no more than 1/8” (0.125”).
Is my package insured?
Bad Dog Editions guarantees your satisfaction and will give you a replacement for any lost or damaged artwork. If your artwork arrives damaged please take photographs and send them to your representative or our customer service team immediately. We will then resolve the issue and send a replacement within 72 hours.
