1. Trade-Only Access
Bad Dog Editions is a trade-only art provider. Our products are available exclusively to registered members of the design, architecture, staging, and real estate industries. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a trade professional with a valid business or resale license. We reserve the right to request verification and to deny or revoke access at our discretion.
2. Account Registration
To purchase from Bad Dog Editions, you must create a trade account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.
3. Product Information & Customization
We offer a curated selection of made-to-order and customizable artworks. Please review product descriptions carefully. Due to the nature of custom production, slight variations in color, scale, or framing may occur. By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms and understand that all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Trade pricing and promotional offers may vary. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added during checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
5. Shipping & Lead Times
Standard production time is 21–28 business days unless otherwise noted. Expedited production is available on select items for an additional charge. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on size, location, and speed. Free local delivery is available within 25 miles of our headquarters.
6. Returns & Damages
Because all orders are custom-produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the rare case of damage or defect, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. To qualify for a replacement or credit, you must provide photos of the item and original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Bad Dog Editions may offer promotional pricing or discount codes. These offers are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional items may not be eligible for expedited production. Codes must be entered at checkout and will not be applied retroactively.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including imagery, branding, product designs, and text, is the property of Bad Dog Editions and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission. Use of our imagery for marketing or resale must be approved in advance.

10. Modifications
